Ordering & shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Processing can take up to four (4) business days before your order ships. When you place an order, the checkout estimates shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. Many items, including our shimmer wall backdrops and most guest book phones, are listed as in stock and ready to ship from Wisconsin.

Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?

Orders ship from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based, and weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Can I get my order overnight?

Yes, for small items. Add the Overnight Shipping Upgrade ($32.25) to your cart and we ship by USPS overnight in a Flat Rate Padded Envelope. Space is limited, so please call 715-577-8243 before ordering to confirm your items fit. Any extra postage the checkout charges is refunded when your item ships.

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Log in to your account, open the order under Complete Orders in My Account, and click Return Item(s). Refunds usually arrive within four weeks of handing your package to the shipper, often sooner. Flower walls are non-returnable, so please contact us before ordering if you have questions. Backdrops & flower walls

What size are your sequin backdrops?

Our large sequin backdrops are 8 feet by 8 feet and covered in 18mm sequins. They have top and bottom pole pockets, are high quality and not see-through, and come with a black carrying bag. Each one is $195.

How is a shimmer wall backdrop put together?

Each shimmer wall backdrop is 8 feet by 8 feet, made of 64 panels that are 1 foot by 1 foot. Each panel has 100 shimmer tiles of about 1 inch square. The panels connect easily, and the set comes in a black carry bag with extra shimmer sequins, gloves to wear during installation, and zip ties.

How big are your flower walls, and what stand should I use?

Our 3D flower walls are 8 feet by 8 feet, handmade with artificial silk flowers on a heavy-duty cloth backing, and come in two pieces that attach together. A 4-inch pole pocket on top fits a backdrop stand cross bar. Rose walls weigh just under 40 lbs (the greenery hedge wall is just under 30 lbs), so we recommend a pipe-and-drape stand with an 18 x 18 base. The walls roll up for transport and storage.

My flower wall looks flat or lost a flower. What should I do?

Flowers can look flattened after packing and shipping. Run your fingers through them to fluff them back up, and let the panels air out in a well-ventilated area. If a flower falls off, hot glue reattaches it easily to the plastic panel.

Audio guest book phones

How does an audio guest book phone work?

Guests pick up the handset, hear your greeting and leave a voice message. You can record a custom greeting right through the phone or use a greeting sent as an MP3 file. The phones record to a micro SD card in HD sound quality and run on a rechargeable battery. See all audio guest book phones.

How do I get the messages off the phone?

Simply plug the phone into a computer and transfer the files. There is no converting of files and no need to open the phone to pull the files out.

Are there contracts, subscriptions or software to buy?

No. There are no contracts and no additional software to buy.

What styles and prices are available?

We carry rotary phones (most colors $149, metal rotary $169, gold antique $229, black and gold $249, antique bronze $429, antique white $475), push button phones in eight colors at $149, and payphone-style phones at $525.

Do you sell spare batteries and memory cards?

Yes. We sell a replacement battery and a SanDisk 16GB micro SD card for our audio guest book phones, $19.95 each, so you always have a backup for the next event.
